State of Florida vs. Jorge Gonzalez-Betancourt

Today the jury returned a their verdicts finding Jorge Gonzalez-Betancourt, Michelle Gonzalez and Maureen Altman guilty of trafficking in oxycodone, conspiracy to traffic in oxycodone and RICO as principals to the prescribing activity of licensed physicians.

All defendants are filing post-trial motions and plan to appeal.
