Mr. Sisco devotes a significant portion of his practice to alternative dispute resolution. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as Circuit and County Court Mediator, and Mr. Sisco is also a Certified Mediator in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In addition to mediation, Mr. Sisco is a certified arbitrator. He has extensive experience in the arbitration of medical malpractice and long term care claims, in addition to commercial, product liability and other personal injury claims.

Since 1992 Mr. Sisco has litigated, including trials to verdict, medical malpractice, nursing home, pharmacy and other professional liability claims. Since the formation of Sisco-Law in 2002, the firm has continued to litigate these types of claims on behalf of physicians, pharmacists, long term care facilities and other allied health professionals. ​

C​ivil and/or criminal charges against professionals often result in the initiation of administrative licensure actions. Sisco-Law has successfully represented physicians, pharmacists, accountants and attorneys in administrative licensure actions.
Sisco-Law has significant experience representing DEA registrants who have become subject to Immediate Suspension Orders and/or Orders to Show Cause. This includes negotiated resolutions and formal hearings before DEA Administrative Law Judges.
