By a Decision and Order entered September 8, 2015, Acting Administrator of the DEA, Chuck Rosenberg revoked the DEA Certificate of Registration issued to Masters Pharmaceuticals, Inc. This action follows an August 9, 2013 Order to Show Cause alleging, among other things, that the distributor failed to implement a meaningful suspicious order monitoring program. The decision and order is 308 pages in length and will be published in the Federal Register.
